1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jl3iii website, mobile-optimized platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Service.

jl3iii reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the jl3iii website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jl3iii's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jl3iii platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jl3iii, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from jl3iii or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jl3iii reserves the right to request additional proof of age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jl3iii may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jl3iii services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jl3iii. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl3iii login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. jl3iii will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jl3iii immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jl3iii shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Account Verification: jl3iii may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

4. User Conduct

By using the jl3iii platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or use of software tools, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jl3iii platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jl3iii staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jl3iii account on your behalf.

jl3iii reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, without prior notice.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jl3iii are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jl3iii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your jl3iii account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. jl3iii complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jl3iii reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jl3iii offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• jl3iii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• jl3iii reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or void winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus abuse, or violated these Terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, jl3iii's decision shall be final and binding.

7. Games & Fairness

jl3iii is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms apply to all games offered on the platform:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on jl3iii use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factor.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each game round.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP figures for each game represent the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jl3iii reserves the right to void the affected game round. Any wagers placed on a voided round will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Game Rules: Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

8. Responsible Gaming

jl3iii is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from jl3iii may submit a self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications are available to remind players of the time elapsed and amounts wagered during a session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl3iii platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the exclusive property of jl3iii or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jl3iii platform without the prior written consent of jl3iii.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl3iii, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

jl3iii does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall jl3iii's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl3iii account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

jl3iii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, cheating, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that jl3iii reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination, jl3iii will return any verified, unencumbered balance remaining in your account after deducting any amounts owed to jl3iii, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jl3iii customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to jl3iii's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

jl3iii operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
