- KYC & Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission or account closure, whichever is later, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
- Transaction Records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping obligations.
- Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution.
- Marketing Preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or close your account, whichever occurs first.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with jl3iii's data disposal procedures. Anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

If jl3iii discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and return any funds deposited in accordance with applicable regulations.
